HEX is a six-sided camera designed to expand the boundaries of vision. By connecting multiple viewports into a single, modular system, HEX captures space not from a single vantage point, but through a constellation of perspectives. It offers a fuller, more complex perspectives, and embraces multiplicity. In a world shaped by limited frames, HEX invites you to reimagine what it means to see.

CONCEPT

Model HEX begins with a fundamental question: Is life truly a composition of singular, linear decisions?

We are taught that light travels in a straight line, and a camera lens points in a single, fixed direction. But my life has never felt so linear, and neither has my photography. I believe the choice to capture a moment is shaped by the entire scene, which is why a photograph can evoke the memory of a scene far beyond the captured frame.

This provokes further questions: Do we ever see the full view of what we’re capturing, or are we only seeing what the lens allows? How conscious are we of everything else we perceive in that decisive moment?

Born from this inquiry, Model HEX unravels the connections between sight and shot. With a screen and camera on all six sides of a cube, the act of capturing through a singular lens is now transformed into a fresh experience of seeing beyond the focal point. It invites you to engage with the viewpoints that have always existed but were rarely consciously seen, and allows you to frame the unseen—revealing what new sceneries emerge when our vision is no longer linear.
